Warranty Policy
Capital Mabati products are manufactured to meet established quality and durability standards. All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty in line with Kenyan consumer protection laws. The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, or exposure beyond recommended conditions.
